→ Weapon physiology: Chiara can make weapons grow out of her body or transform any of her limbs into a weapon.
→ Weapon manipulation: Chiara can manipulate any weapon she encounters. She can make it levitate, move around, even shatter or mend it if she concentrates hard enough.
→ Anger empowerment: When angry, Chiara gets super strength boosts.
→ Enhanced metabolism: Chiara has enhanced speed (up to 500 mph) and strength (up to 5 tons) as well as nearly perfect reflexes and agility (she can dodge bullets for example). She also heals very quickly.

Weapons/ Equipment:  synthetic black leggings and long-sleeved shirt, camouflage trousers, Kevlar jacket, reinforced knee, elbow and shoulder pads, shin guards, arm pieces and carbon fiber composite chestplate. Also crampon-set combat boots. Weapons: well, she's a weapon herself but she nonetheless carries around guns and tactical knives.

→ Emotionally fragile: she's traumatized by her stepfather's death. If anyone were to uncover it (actually uncover, not just mention/ask/whatever) it would definitely push her over the edge. She has breakdowns where she goes somewhere she knows she'll be alone and let's it out by crying until her neck is wet; usually happens during the night. She has sleep problems because of that and takes a sleeping pills. She hides all of this behind her tougher personality traits and does a good job of letting no-one in on that secret of hers. She doesn't want to talk about it, she doesn't want to let anyone know, she's just not ready and wants to deal with this on her own. She considers it's nobody else's business. If anyone were to put their noses into her previous life and find out about that, she'd have a pretty violent outburst.

→ Andréa Moreau: mother. She's a mercenary. She originates from St Brieuc in Brittany (France). She's a bulky woman in her late forties with close cropped red hair, big sausage-like fingers, one half-blind eye and a number of white scars across her tan, freckled skin.
→ Laurent Lupurelli: father, deceased. He's the only person Chiara ever saw as a parent; he raised her alone ever since she was seven. He won a number of competitions in martial arts when he was younger though where Andréa fights focused on strength and speed, Laurent fights smart and with his surroundings. He taught Chiara a lot, though she takes more after Andréa as far as fighting is concerned. I picture him as Jason Statham in Transporter.
→ Thiago Lupurelli: Cousin, a couple of months younger than her. Thiago could be Chiara's brother. They've always gotten along like siblings, fought like siblings, argued like siblings, played like siblings. He's the type of guy you'd meet at a skateboard park. He's not exactly a proper behavior role model but he has a good influence on Chiara. I picture him as Luke Pasqualino.
Place of Origin: Aiacciu (Ajaccio), Corsica, France.
History:
→ Chiara was born in Ajaccio (Aiacciu) on the 18th of August.
→ Laurent gave up his activity as an off-road trail guide to take care of his newborn daughter and instead took up a calmer job.
→ His marriage with Andréa deteriorated and they decided to divorce when Chiara was seven. Considering Andréa's activities as a mercenary and her police record, the judges decided to leave Chiara in Laurent's charge.
→ The next years, Chiara spent her life in Corsica with her stepdad, and half her holidays in Saint Brieuc, Brittany, where her mother usually lives.
→ She had problems at school, because of her marks but also because of her violent behavior. When she was eight, she got into such a violent fight with a sixth-grader that that she broke his wrist at several places with a brick. She got expelled after that. Laurent became much more strict, easy to punish her, but it paid off. She still got into fights at school but didn't go to those extremes again.
→ Chiara grew up between average to bad marks, detentions and skateboards. When she was twelve, she got kicked out of her third school and was put in another school in her cousin's class, Thiago. There she hung out with him and his crew, bullying others, skipping lessons, going to the skateboard park and video gaming. Thiago wasn't really okay with bullying people and he was the only one to stop Chiara from going too far, but he was okay with picking fights with older guys.
→ As they grew up they started getting into other stuff like parkour, BMX, motocross, smoking, spraying graffiti on buildings, street dancing, clubbing and surfing.
→ Whilst she visited her mother for a short week when she was 16, Laurent died in a car accident.
→ Chiara became extremely unstable. She had never gotten along with her mother but now they actually came to physical fights. Chiara ran away, slept under bridges for the next few days before heading to the airport when her flight back to Corsica was on, but once in Corsica, she ran away again. She smoked much more and drank a lot of alcohol. She got into street fights with both civilians and cops and had to be taken four times to the police station.
→ After a couple of months, disgusted at the idea of becoming weak and addicted, she kicked herself into getting out of that. She limited herself to four cigarettes a day, then gradually to one. Her motivation was that her stepdad had always disapproved of her smoking and drinking habits and that she should start to honor his memory by stopping that.
→ Later on, she bought a plane ticket to the USA in the hope of starting over and try and forget the pain. It didn't work of course. Once in the USA, she started tagging along with a turf gang and eventually became part of it.

Chiara was working out in the gym, warming up with one-handed push-ups, dressed in a Nike shirt, black shorts an d sport shoes.Once she was done with that, she put on one of her favorite Eminem songs, Till I Collapse, went to one of the not "cushiony" benches and selected her weights. Sixty kilos, seventy kilos, eighty kilos... Yes, eighty kilos was good. She always lifted more than one and a half of her bodily weight. Chiara laid down on the bench; letting her back relax into a comfortable, natural position, she put her feet flat on the ground, her knees shoulder-wide apart then grabbed the bar with both hands and bent her elbows, bringing it down until it touched her chest before pushing it back up. The muscles of her forearms bulged under her freckled skin, much larger than what they normally looked like. She repeated the movements who had become natural for her over the years in rhythm with the music, feeling the muscles in her arms, shoulders, stomach and thighs strain and bow. She didn't particularly enjoy working out but she did it to stay in shape and to feel better afterwards, to get this feeling of satisfaction you get once you did a challenging physical exercise. But now she also did it to get her thoughts under control. Ever since the night in the forest, two days ago, it felt like her neurons had been microwaved. She just couldn't calm down in her inner, and whilst she didn't show it on the outside, it didn't make it any less overwhelming.

I need the maximum amount of tons she can hit with/lift as well as the greatest feat speed, reflexes, and agility that she is capable of.

The weaknesses look good but please do your best to accommodate this weakness being present in all situations. A greater description of what makes her fragile and what could push her over the edge would be helpful.

Would 5 tons be a good maximum?

Greatest speed would be about 500 mph, if that's okay.

As for reflexes and agility, which unit are you looking for?


Oh don't worry I know how to accommodate weaknesses in Chiara's posts ^^ I've been RPing with her for a year on another site. She's always rude and aggressive and arrogant.

That is indeed a good starting maximum strength.

Reflexes and agility would technically be acceleration, but to make it easy on your brain it'd be best to just visualize what she could practically do with it and write an example (dodge bullets, dodge bullets casually, dodge missiles, dodge multiple shots from different angles, etc.)

Also, the more balanced out the character is in terms of the different abilities the stricter the approval is. If you're more strength than speed it will be easier to get higher strength numbers approved than speed upgrades.
